Graham Peatey

Graham is a fellow of the National Institute of Accountants with over 30 years experience in developing and driving strategic initiatives in the financial services industry. As Managing Director of Encore, Graham provides solid knowledge and strategic thinking within our business and yours.  His vision is for the financial services industry in Australia to be at the forefront of best business practice.

Matt Fogarty

With a Bachelor of Business (Marketing), Matt has been working for several years with a range of business types in the development and delivery of marketing programs to increase their sales and business success.  Matt’s extensive experience working with financial advice practices and general insurance brokers gives him the skills to find workable answers to the most vexing practice issues.

Graeme Hyland

Graeme has had 30 years exposure to the full range of issues faced by major life and financial corporations.  He has managed Sales and Marketing for Legal & General, the Wholesale Financial Services division of Colonial, and Sales and Marketing for Deakin Financial Services.  Graeme’s experience gives him insight into what advisers need and want, and the ability to provide these requirements.

Jon MacKintosh

Jon's qualifications from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Accounting and experience working with both established and fledgling businesses provide a thorough knowledge base to support his hands-on work with clients and their business issues. Jon joined the Encore team in 2002 after successfully managing the creation of a new dealer group. He is now the Managing Director of our joint venture company in South Africa, EncoreSA. Heading up our South African branch, Jon remains a strong asset to our Australian operation and continues to make EncoreSA an industry leader.

Andrew Moylan

Andrew has over 25 years experience in the financial services industry, as Director Fixed Interest at ING and various roles within investment banking with NAB, Bain & Co and DBS.  Andrew holds a Bachelor of Economics and has been a lecturer at Finsia since 1989.  His accounting and investment background provides a wealth of experience in the areas of business operations, financing, corporate governance and succession planning.  Andrew’s investment background also gives him excellent insight into deal structures and negotiations.

Stephanie Vickers

Stephanie’s practical experience in business strategy, HR, project and change management makes her a great asset to Encore, assisting clients in the development and implementation of business strategy and best practice operations.  Her skill in developing pricing models and analysing client data ensure that advisers are one step ahead in their client service and business profitability.  Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Engineering and is currently completing an MBA.

Carly Stuckey

Carly's strong background in operations and office management makes her a valuable part of the Encore team. With experience in marketing, accounts and graphic design, Carly brings a variety of skills to Encore. Prior to joining Encore in 2006 Carly managed the operations of a human resources company after working in the not-for-profit sector. Outside the office, Carly's interest lie in outdoor activities such as scuba diving and participating in charity events to raise funds for research into motor neurone disease.
