Encore's Audit & Strategic Plan is a consulting service specifically designed for those practices wanting to analyse the current performance of their practice and gain insight into how they compare. This service has 2 key steps:

Phase 1 – Audit
We spend time during the Practice Audit getting to know more about the practice and the specific issues that need to be addressed.
