Encore’s Web Based Survey System is an online email management and distribution system, coupled with an online survey that provides our clients with a flexible framework for survey development, distribution and results reporting.
The key features of our web based survey system include:
Robust yet flexible architecture allowing customisation to specific client needs;
Centrally controlled email distribution facility to manage sending surveys and follow up reminders to the survey group, helping to automate the process and to maximise response rates;
Even though email distribution is controlled centrally by our system, the original email to candidates inviting them to complete the survey is branded to the clients requirements;
Survey sent to individuals via a unique URL link to access the survey site, allowing all responses to be tracked easily and captured securely;
Ability to design the survey questions and sequences in a range of formats, from tick boxes, multiple choice and free form data entry;
Ability for respondents to save their survey responses and return at a later date to complete;
Ability to customise survey questions for different segments within the total survey population;
Real time reporting on responses;
Flexibility in how we can report results, including being able to provide clients with an excel file with all of the raw data from the survey for future use; and
